What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?

The Customer Success Delivery Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive customer onboarding projects from kickoff through to completion. This involves regular communication with customers and internal resources, including weekly project check-in meetings, assigning tasks, tracking completion and reporting on project completion.

What will your day look like…

You are a project manager at heart and will provide overall leadership and management of technical customer implementation teams that align with Dizzion’s company/department goals and strategy. You will collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop and present project plans before beginning projects, being responsible for developing detailed plans for customer onboarding projects, including the project goals, finalizing budget/scope, schedules, milestones, and duties of each team member (internal/external).

Additionally, you will focus on facilitating the delivery of the service by establishing the relationship with the customer; agreeing to the points of interaction and escalation, managing the services budget, and ensuring the continuous delivery of the service according to the SLA while Identifying and implementing delivery model improvements focused on optimizations that will be valuable to the customer and company.

You will continually monitor projects to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay within budget, and progress according to plan to achieve and exceed targeted KPI’s. Communication is key, you will establish and conduct regular communication with customers and resources, including weekly project check-in meetings, assigning tasks, tracking completion and reporting on project completion. You will partner with the accounting department to discuss key billing triggers and timelines for invoicing while proactively identifying risks to delivery and drive the implementation of the appropriate solution to reduce the likelihood of escalations and/or delivery impact to the client.

This position will have direct reports and you will be responsible to recruit, interview, hire, train new staff, oversee the daily workflow of the department, provide constructive and timely performance evaluations, and handle the discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

What Other Skills Give Me an Advantage?

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study preferred
  • 3-5 years’ applicable project coordination experience
  • Expressed interest in project management and desire for professional development in this field
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to easily adapt to changing circumstances
  • A self-starter, positive attitude and tenacious approach to all aspects of the job
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?

The hiring manager for this role is Clara Carestia, Manager of Service Delivery. Clara leads the Service Delivery department with functional responsibility that includes project management and coordination, technical implementation, and customer support. Clara has been with Dizzion for 5+ years and brings a broad range of skills and experience working in different functions throughout.

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $85,000 annually (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, and alignment of market data.)
  • Quarterly bonus program
