Digital Marketing Manager



LOCATION | San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; or Remote (work-from-home)

What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
You will be partnering with the VP of Marketing to manage Dizzion’s digital go-to-market function including the MARTECH stack, online advertising campaigns,, reporting and analytics, marketing operations, and social media amongst others. You will make a significant contribution to the sales and marketing team by maximizing lead generation, brand awareness, operational efficiency, and actionable intelligence.

You are focused on results, a self-starter, and have a passion for using the latest in Marketing technology to solve difficult challenges and provide insights that improve overall business and marketing effectiveness. You have proven success designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns as well as admin-level management of and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Eloqua.

Your digital campaigns will drive leads and brand awareness at the same time. Lead automated outbound programs including nurture, reactivation and customer engagement. You should excel in collaborative, inter-departmental work environments, that include a wide range of stakeholders, leading to maximum impact content creation for use in successful digital campaigns.

Additionally, you will establish and execute plans for database cleanse and growth, removing outdated workflows and integrations, and other opportunities for optimization. You will manage, integrate, and further the company website as a source of leads and brand awareness. Drive the social and influencer marketing plan for increased audience size and engagement.

You are driven by data and will create and interpret reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to sales and marketing leadership and work closely with the sales, channel/alliance and business development teams to improve marketing, sales operations and efficiency to ensure digital support for joint go-to-market activity.

What Other Skills Give Me an Advantage?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • 5+ years digital marketing experience, 3+ years managing marketing automation programs
  • Certified enterprise marketing automation expert (Marketo/Eloqua)
  • Google AdWords, Analytics certified and experience with other digital advertising platforms, content syndication, intent-based marketing
  • Web development skills including WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • In-depth understanding of marketing technologies, experience building MARTECH roadmap
  • Ability to balance highly tactical activity with strategic planning and management-level recommendations
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • B2B technology marketing experience, cloud services preferred
  • Experience implementing, managing GDPR-based marketing programs preferred
  • Internal culture champion that drives employee engagement, inclusion and diversity

  • $70,000 - $85,000 annually (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, and alignment of market data.)
  • Quarterly bonus program
