What is the primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
The Financial Analyst will work extensively with our finance and accounting teams to analyze financial statements and focus on predicting company performance. This will include the full umbrella of financial data analysis including - forecasting future revenues and expenditures, modeling capital structure and budgeting, and reporting to improve productivity and assist leadership review.
Not only will you be actively involved in model creation and trend identification, but you will be guiding cost analysis processes with an active hand in policy enforcement. You will be expected to develop and maintain a strong foundation of knowledge including market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps to make recommendations for optimization and the development of automated reporting/forecasting tools. You will play an active role in driving process improvements leading to the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
This role comprises the full scope of variance analysis and comparative analysis with actuals and forecasts. You will be adaptable by studying proposed changes in methods and materials to maintain increases in productivity. Not only will you have an exceptional eye for detail and take the initiative with projects, but you’ll also bring dedication to organization and solving problems. You’ll take pride in your analytical skill as well as your communication skills on a peer to peer level as well as a team. Your work will have a lasting influence in overall company performance and our outlook.

The hiring manager for this role is John Sullivan. John is the Chief Financial Officer of Dizzion and leads the entirety of the finance department. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MS in Accounting as well as an MBA in Finance. John brings over 30 years of financial leadership and strategic planning with his talents covering the span of three separate industries.
