What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?

As a Recruiter, you will be partnering with the Dizzion Employee Success Team and Hiring Managers to tackle full-cycle recruitment - executing all stages of the recruitment process including understanding the skills required for each position, creating job descriptions, strategy and target development to attract qualified candidates, identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, closing, and follow-up. This role is also responsible to educate and coach hiring managers on Dizzion’s employment processes including interview techniques, selection process, hiring system processes, best practices related to assessment and selection, as well as diversity and inclusion.

This role requires recruiting experience across multiple areas including Technology (Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, Machine Learning, etc.), sourcing on entry level, mid-senior level, supervisor, and individual contributor roles. The ideal candidate will have proven experience tapping into their inner marketer to test new strategies for recruiting hard-to-find talent by leveraging market data to develop appropriate recruiting and sourcing strategies, including but not limited to, social media and direct marketing tactics, resulting in a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. The Recruiter will also be responsible to maintain key metrics, draft recruitment advertisements, posts and/or place ads in the most effective digital and/or print media.

The Recruiter will act as Dizzion’s Brand Ambassador and provide full-cycle recruitment support adhering to all hiring practices to ensure all documentation, interviews and actions are consistent and compliant with all legal and ethical standards, best practices, company core values and culture. This role will promote the company, the job, and the career opportunity through knowledge of the company, culture, benefits, and product, while ensuring a great experience throughout the recruitment process for both the candidate and hiring managers.

Lastly, the Recruiter will be responsible to perform periodic audits, and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

What Other Skills Give Me an Advantage?
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high growth, high change software/technology environment required 
  • Experience acting as a talent advisor to hiring managers, inspiring a partnership with talent acquisition, advising on talent market, and influencing talent decisions
  • Experience leveraging marketing tactics, innovative technologies and/or social media to create engagement with potential candidates
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (Paylocity preferred but not required)
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates
  • Conduct new employee onboarding, including offer letters, pre-employment screenings, maintaining applicant tracking system; and ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate
  • Create recruiting reports and metrics 
  • Self-starter with excellent project and time management skills, multi-tasking and organizational skills, strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience maintaining accurate human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources field
  • Experience recruiting roles that require experience with VMware applications, Cloud, Windows Servers and Desktops
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
  • Tenacious learner with a passion for helping others
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to make decisions and work independently

  • $65,000 - $75,000 annually (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, and alignment of market data.)
