OVERVIEW – SALES ENGINEER
As a member of the Product & Strategy team, you will be responsible for working with direct and
channel sales teams providing technical support and solution designs for direct and partner customer
opportunities. This individual will be responsible for establishing relationships and will be a face and voice of Dizzion. In addition, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for building strong relationships with operations and engineering team members and voicing product change and creation direction based on customer and prospect opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO – RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to use superior product knowledge to design and differentiate solutions, effectively
communicating complex capabilities to a diverse internal/external audience
- Provide solution design collaboration with operations and support teams assisting with the
onboarding and integration of new customers
- Talk with customers and engineers to assess customer needs and to determine system
requirements
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations
improvements
- Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service
applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment,
processes, or use of materials or services.
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of product offerings,
equipment, and services on customer and prospect calls, meetings
- Contribute to product innovation, supporting product development, best practices and
enablement/training
- Maintain positive customer relations post installation in support of future account growth
- Support sales and marketing at industry events and trade shows, tool development, strategy
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing
professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional
societies
- Assist with preparing pricing quotations, proposals and RFI/RFP responses
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues
that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing
directives
- Perform other duties as assigned
WHO YOU ARE – JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years sales engineering experience in Cloud/SaaS technology or related industry with selling
outsourced IT solutions
- Critical listening skills to fully understand and translate complex prospect/customer
requirements and business alignment
- Comfortable presenting to high-ranking executives at well-known global brands
- Experienced user of leading software/tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness (Salesforce,
Visio/Lucidchart, Office365, Teams, etc.)
- Highly organized and agile, maintaining high levels of productivity amidst changing priorities

COMPENSATION
- $90,000 - $125,000 annually (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge,
skills and abilities of the applicant, and alignment of market data.)
- Plus industry leading uncapped commission earnings program
