What is the primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
You will be partnering with the Dizzion sales, marketing, and customer delivery teams directly responsible to develop, maintain, expand, long-term vision and goals in collaboration with our strategic partners by establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts, and align our partner success criteria with that of each partner.

Dizzion's channel partnerships are assigned based on geography, channel, or market. Responsibilities also include achieving sales and profitability targets and partner recruitment objectives. You will represent our entire range of products and services for assigned partners, though focus may vary if tasked in a specific industry vertical.

You are motivated to exceed expectations and will lead the necessary collaboration, development, execution of joint go-to-market activities with the company’s strategic partners (and across the Dizzion internal teams), to help develop practices, processes, and systems that enable scale and support rapid growth.

Additionally, you will collaborate with partner marketing to drive the creation and execution of sales and marketing content that build best-of-breed reputation, demand generation programs, and campaigns that drive partner-related revenue and build awareness and inbound interest for Dizzion offerings through active participation in our partners’ programs (and their partner ecosystems).

Lastly, you will proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis and maintain consistent partner and internal communications with periodic reviews measuring and reporting performance against goals, and managing potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement and compliance with partner agreements.

This role is critical to Dizzion’s short and long-term success.

Requirements
What Other Skills Give Me an Advantage?

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment in the software and IT industry
  • Experience working with partners, channel, and integrators to build strategic programs that drive demand and sales
  • Ability to develop, negotiate, and implement strategic plans that drive revenue and partner business success
  • Experience developing and achieving annual and quarterly objectives and key results in an alliances or business development role
  • Experience developing strategic alliances and joint go-to-market initiatives for a SaaS platform
  • Experience enabling sales teams for successful co-selling with partners
  • Experience selling and marketing solutions via cloud marketplaces
  • Well-versed and knowledgeable of industry trends meaningful to modern software delivery and cloud-native computing

Compensation

  • $90,000 to $105,000 annually (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, and alignment of market data.)
  • Quarterly bonus program
