What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be a key member of the team that delivers the advanced orchestration and automation of complex end user computing platform (virtual desktops, applications and digital workspace) from start to end across different cloud environments. You will be responsible for developing the look and feel of the Front End User interfaces for Dizzion’s Cosmos Control Center (C3) portal; that automatically builds, customizes, and operates advanced digital workspaces. You will have knowledge of professional web application design best practices for the full suite of applications, including image standards, mokups/wireframe reviews, and messaging consistency. You will be encouraged to leverage a full spectrum of user centered design techniques, to create user-friendly design concepts utilizing industry insights, customer interviews, focus groups, and competitive benchmark findings to effectively implement design improvements.
In addition, you will have hands-on expertise in many disparate technologies, focused on front-end user interfaces optimizing how users navigate and operate the platform. This role will require in-depth knowledge of user portal design techniques, structuring interfaces that perform action ( orchestrate) and list data in dashboards and tables.
Lastly, you will have experience leading design driven by customer research, and working collaboratively across other lines of business to optimize the user experience.

The hiring manager for this role is Robert Green, President, CTO, and co-founder at Dizzion. Rob is the visionary for defining Dizzion’s products. He oversees all aspects of technology including strategy, infrastructure, systems, tools and development. Green previously held the position of Director, Product Development and System Architecture at ViaWest. While at ViaWest he redefined the managed services offering and created several innovative products. Green also served as the Director of Technical Infrastructure for Rackspace Managed Hosting where he established the internal infrastructure systems and external technical services that fueled exploding triple digit growth throughout the mid 2000’s.
