Dizzion Achieves Certification on Five9 Cloud Contact Center Platform

Five9 recognizes Dizzion, who has joined the Five9 ISV Program, as an integrated desktop-as-a-service (DaaS) solution

DENVER – SEPTEMBER 12, 2019 Dizzion, a full-service End User Cloud (EUC) provider, today announced it has been accredited on the Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center platform. Five9 is the leading provider of cloud software for the enterprise contact center space.

The accreditation indicates that Dizzion’s virtual desktops and underlying architecture have been fully vetted by the Five9 technical team as meeting the requirements of full customer integration. Additionally, the joint solution has been deployed at scale for dozens of customers allowing them to seamlessly and securely grow their virtual contact center environments. With a templated golden image, adding new agents or campaigns can be done quickly and easily to meet seasonality requirements, launch remote working programs, support new outsourcer relationships, and meet HIPAA and/or PCI compliance needs.
