Dizzion Control Center Introduces Deep Business Insights

February 1, 2018

Denver – February 1, 2018 – Dizzion, a full-service end user computing (EUC) provider, announces the addition of deep analytic business insights to its comprehensive client management portal, known as the Dizzion Control Center.

The Dizzion Control Center is a centralized location for virtual desktop environment and end user computing management and monitoring. The built in tools allow Dizzion clients to actively monitor the health of their VDI environment at a deep level to ensure maximum desktop performance and user productivity. The addition of business insights gives clients a unique and invaluable view into organizational effectiveness, productivity and performance.

Dizzion Control Center Insights archives 12 months of end user computing data that brings big picture trends to light while also allowing for informative deep dives that are crucial to making data-driven business decisions.

“Dizzion Control Center & Insights is an important step in Dizzion being an end user computing service provider, not just a DaaS company,” said Robert Green, Dizzion CTO. “Our Control Center in general puts some great self-service management tools in the hands of our clients. Dizzion Insights takes it to the next level, allowing business leaders to easily access critical information that can drive meaningful decisions and inform change. Now the Dizzion Control Center has something for everyone – from the support desk up through top executives.”

Dizzion Control Center Insights allows organizations to solve for several common challenges, including:

Optimize App Usage – Software and applications can quickly add-up, increasing budget spend. Be sure those resources are properly utilized and identify potential areas of savings by analyzing usage trends over the past 12 months.

IT Cost Control – Not ever department and use case needs the same level of computing power. Use the historical data in Dizzion Insights to evaluate if your resources are properly sized. Right-sizing desktop environments based on data allows organizations to adjust spending without sacrificing user experience.

Identify Trends – The more time the support desk spends trouble shooting an issue, the more productivity is lost. Analyze trends to see if a similar issue is causing the majority of problems so you can address it with a permanent solution and increase overall productivity.

Staff Based on Need – All businesses have busy times and lulls. See a year’s worth of peaks and slow times and seasonal trends so you can make more accurate staffing decisions based on known, quantifiable need.

“Dizzion Control Center Insights is a game changer for businesses,” Brady Ranum, Dizzion VP of Product and Strategy, said. “To get this type of information before, organizations would have to buy multiple third party products – and most often they’d just end up sitting on a shelf, never being implemented or integrated. Dizzion Control Center Insights makes it easy. There’s nothing to implement and it’s tied into your Dizzion environment so data starts following in from day one.”

Dizzion Control Center Insights joins a stable of other must-have desktop environment management and monitoring features, including:

  • Centralized Dizzion support ticket management
  • Automated vulnerability patching
  • Remote desktop access for troubleshooting
  • Real-time monitoring of bandwidth, application use, end user activity and more
  • Customizable dashboards for different use cases
