Guardian Adds High-Performance Cloud Desktops to Its Portfolio of Products, Now Offers End-to-End Cloud Solution

guardian-200February 26, 2016 – Guardian IT Solutions, Inc., a global Cloud solutions aggregator, and Dizzion, Inc., the full-service End User Cloud Computing provider, formally announce a new business and technology partnership for delivering virtual desktops (VDI) to Guardian’s new and existing customers. With the addition of Dizzion’s desktop service to Guardians’ Best-in-Class Cloud solution stack, technology businesses now have access to an end-to-end Cloud service that is custom designed to increase their velocity to market without sacrificing security or quality of service.

Founded in 2015, Guardian IT Solutions delivers “born in the Cloud” solutions to customers through a network of Cloud companies with a diverse range of offerings. Guardian uses the Cloud to mitigate their customers’ capital expenditure commitments, while also providing secure – and often compliant – technology solutions ranging from colocation services, Cloud-based Managed Services, cyber security, data protection, IaaS, Agility services, and SAP mobility. With the addition of Dizzion’s Cloud desktops, Guardian now is able to offer a secure, end-to-end Cloud solution from the physical layer to management to the application layer and now to the customer desktop experience.

“Guardian IT Solutions was founded on the promise of delivering custom Cloud solutions and the best Cloud experience to customers worldwide,” stated Guardian CEO David Shepard. “These different solutions are specifically designed and matched to meet our customers’ needs. Dizzion’s Cloud Delivered Desktops (DaaS) are a perfect fit for our customers, who seek to lower cost and complexity and to increase security and velocity to market.”

The demand for DaaS – also referred to as hosted VDI – is growing exponentially. The cloud-based VDI market is predicted to reach $2 billion by 2019 and to exceed $11 billion by 2023, according to the London-based research firm Visiongain. Dizzion’s managed DaaS is built on proprietary enterprise technology that delivers a high performance experience equal to or better than an existing endpoint-based desktop. For Guardian, Dizzion’s technology, support and dedication to the end user experience placed it well above its competitors and will prove a worthy addition to their best-in-class Cloud solutions.

“We’re very excited to be partnering with Guardian, a well-recognized solutions provider with a strong reputation,” said Phil Brekke, Dizzion Channel Development Manager. “David and his team have dedicated a considerable amount of effort towards building a Cloud stack that delivers the highest level of computing and contains the most advanced technologies. We’re very pleased to have been selected as the Cloud desktop component.”

The Dizzion service is all-inclusive, so customers achieve efficiencies in both cost and delivery. The basic service includes virtualization software, anti-malware, patching and updates, security, bandwidth, reporting and monitoring for a monthly fee. Guardian will offer Dizzion virtual desktops as either a standalone service or as a part of their larger Cloud stack.
