Roy Dimoff is the retired Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder of ViaWest, a leading hybrid IT solutions provider offering cloud, colocation, compliance and security solutions. Dimoff is a visionary who launched his first telecommunications company in Toronto, Canada at age 26. In 1988, he sold his company to ConferTech International of Denver, and accepted an executive management position. After a successful tenure with ConferTech, Dimoff took control of RMI.net, and led it through one of the first Internet IPOs. Dimoff launched ViaWest in 1999 and grew the organization into one of the largest privately held colocation and managed services providers of its kind in North America.
