Dizzion’s 7th anniversary is a month away (November 30!), making it a perfect time to look back and see how well our three founders – Steve Prather, Robert Green and Manny Ladis – did predicting this past year at Dizzion.
Here’s how they answered the question “where do you see Dizzion going over the next year” in their 6th anniversary interviews, and how the company met those expectations over the past 11 months.
“We have begun the path of growing from a Desktop as a Service provider to a technology platform where our solutions bring value to our customers from a metrics and analytics perspective. We have large ambitions here where we can bring value to every part of our customer’s organization and we are excited to begin to share our message as we complete this metamorphosis.”
Dizzion took a major step in this direction with the Dizzion Control Center and Business Insights. These new features give our clients easy access to environment insights, monitoring and maintenance from a single pane of glass. Previously, you’d have to buy third party tools to achieve these tasks, but Dizzion built them right into our solution.
Dizzion Business Insights provide valuable metrics and analytics based off each client’s unique virtualization environment, giving them unparalleled transparency into how their environments and users are performing. With this data at their fingertips, business leaders can make smarter, data-driven business decisions. Desktops have always generated a ton of data, now organizations have a way to access and harness this valuable information.
“More products and reaching the next base camp. We have delivered over 40 new products and services over the last six years. I don’t ever think we will be finished driving new products and services. As the market changes and business problems arise, you can bet on Dizzion to be there as a simple, reliable and effective solution.”
Rob was right, we continued to add new products and services to make end user computing simple, reliable and effective. In addition to Dizzion Control Center and Business Insights, we also improved an existing solution that helps our clients more easily upgrade their EUC environments – the zLink secure endpoint.
In May, Dizzion announced a partnership with IGEL to improve and expand our zLink secure endpoint offering. This partnership allows Dizzion to offer thin clients with an even smaller form factor and provide an option for organizations to wipe existing laptops and convert them into usable thin clients.
Behind the scenes, our product team is always working to improve our existing solutions and deliver new value-add services for our clients.
“Dizzion is quickly becoming a known entity in certain markets and it’s great to have our customers evangelize for us – it makes our job much easier. We will begin to expand our footprint within our base, launch new amazing products and bring on new team members who share our common vision. Look out!”
Over the past year, we’ve added some great new team members who are really driving the company forward. We also spent a lot of time focusing on client relationships. We take pride in our people and view ourselves as a partner to help our clients, not just a service provider. Digital solutions can often feel cold and Dizzion puts as much emphasis on successful relationships as we do releasing high performance products.
And our clients are happy with this hands-on approach, as you can tell from these case studies with:
