- Why Dizzion
Over the course of 2017, Dizzion published more than 100 blogs (roughly two posts every week) covering a range of topics. This included posts from our partners, insights from our executives, Q&As with industry experts, thought leadership pieces, case studies and more.
Last year, blogs about the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry and the growing remote working trend dominated our most popular posts. As we jump into a new year, let’s take a look back at what had readers engaged in 2017. Here are the top five most popular Dizzion blogs from 2017.

Over the past few years it’s been clear that how people work is drastically different than a decade ago. Mobile devices have pushed us into an “always connected” frame of mind, “work-life balance” has become an increasingly important consideration for employees and companies are expanding their hiring footprint and attracting top talent by allowing for remote working.
While we all see and live this every day, putting stats to a trend makes it clear just how much our approach to working and end user computing is changing. The 29 stats collected for this popular blog look at device sprawl, workforce expansion and the impact these changes are having on early adopter organizations.
Part of what’s driving the change in end user computing are the growth trends of remote working – and it’s not showing signs of slowing down. While some large companies are ending work from home programs, today’s employees are increasingly interested in this workplace benefit and companies are curious about the possibilities as well.
This post (packed with more stats) outlines what organizations have to gain from allowing employees to work away from the office. Benefits include attracting and retaining top talent, increased productivity, lower overhead and more.
It’s already clear from our #1 blog of 2017 that people in the BPO and contact center industry are experiencing change and curious as to what’s to come and how best to get ahead. That sentiment is reflected again in our 4th most popular post of the year where we teamed up with our partner Bright Pattern to outline the year’s “must have” features for BPOs to remain competitive.
The features highlighted in this joint post are a mix of technical capabilities and consumer and client expectations.

In November 2017 Dizzion celebrated its 6th anniversary. In honor of the event our founders – Steve Prather, CEO; Robert Green, CTO; and Manny Ladis, VP of Business Development – reflected on how far the company has come, how it’s changed and where we’re going in the future.
